Young Savers Can Earn Prizes and Saving Skills

School is out and summer has begun! Many parents and guardians are searching for summer activities to keep children engaged and fill their days with a bit of educational fun. First State Bank has the perfect contest that involves creativity and practical life skills.

Starting today through July 9, 2021, individuals under 18 can decorate a First State Bank piggy bank for a chance to win a $100 or a $50 gift card. With each piggy bank we are also providing the opportunity for young savers to ask our retail team questions and receive information, resources, and fun items in the savings promo bag. The $100 prize winner will be randomly selected, and the $50 prize winner will be decided by a majority vote of our social media followers.

How to Enter:

1. Come to a First State Bank branch to pick up a First State Bank piggy bank and savings promo bag (lobby or drive thru).
2. Decorate the piggy bank.
3. Enter your piggy bank into the contest by 11:59 a.m. on July 9, by uploading a photo to your personal Facebook or Instagram profile with the #CelebrateSavingwithFSB hashtag for a chance to win a $100 or $50 prize!

CONTEST RULES

This contest is open to individuals under 18 years of age in Kansas or Missouri. Legal guardians may initiate contest engagement on behalf of a child (under 18 years of age). Employees of First State Bank of St. Charles, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. One winner will be randomly chosen for the $100 prize at 12 PM, July 15, 2021, at the West Clay administration office. The other entries will be posted on the bank’s social media and open to public vote until 12 PM on July 22, 2021, to select the second chance winner. Winners will be notified within three business days of selection.
