First State Bank has made the difficult yet necessary decision to temporarily alter our services as a precautionary measure to help reduce the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19). While our branches remain open, the lobbies of our banking centers will close effective 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, until further notice. Drive thru service is available and customers are encouraged to take advantage of our online banking, mobile app, ATMs, and night deposit as well.
Bank team members remain available and are working diligently to assist you. Should you need to discuss your banking needs with a member of our branch team or have business that cannot be conducted by drive thru, please contact your representative directly by phone or e-mail. We are committed to helping stop the spread of COVID-19 and protecting the health of customers and employees. First State Bank is taking precautions and is prepared to ensure excellent customer service throughout this situation. We are monitoring the situation closely and will make decisions as necessary regarding our day-to-day operations.
Per the Centers for Disease Control’s recommendations , we have enhanced our already stringent cleaning efforts, are regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas, and educated employees about ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
In the interest of social distancing, First State Bank encourages customers to enroll in online services and download our mobile banking app. Both provide 24/7 access to your accounts to conduct banking needs from any location for fund transfers, bill pay, mobile check deposit, and more. Find our app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Enroll in online services here: https://fsb.tpidev7.com/online-services/. Log into My Mortgage online to access your First State Bank Mortgage account to make a payment, view statements, request a payoff amount, and ask for customer service.
If you are healthy and must visit a banking center, please use the drive thru to limit in-person contact. Individuals utilizing a respiratory mask must use the drive thru as security standards prevent facial coverings inside the bank.
